Concept Schools d/b/a Horizon Science Academy McKinley, located at 2245 W. Pershing Rd. Chicago, IL 60609, HSA Belmont located at 5035 W. North Ave. Chicago, IL 60639, and Horizon Science Academy Southwest Chicago, located at 5401 S Western Ave, Chicago, IL 60609 will receive sealed bids for School Bus Transportation Services at Concept Schools office of Purchasing Manager located at 2250 E Devon Ave. Ste. 225 Des Plaines, IL 60018 until 5:00 p.m. on May 22, 2017, at which time bids shall be opened, read aloud, and recorded. Bids received after that time will not be accepted and will be returned unopened. All interested parties are invited to submit a bid. RFP and specification documents are available upon email request sent to Purchasing Manager: [email protected]. Bids will be awarded within ten (10) working days of the bid closing date. Concept Schools NFP (d/b/a HSA McKinley, HSA Belmont and Horizon Science Academy Southwest Chicago) reserves the right to reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, when there are sound documented reasons to do so. Concept Schools NFP will award the contract to the lowest bidder that meets the criteria as established in the specifications and the contract will be awarded only after a formal notice is given to the successful bidder pursuant to action by the Concept Schools NFP.
